A Baker Hughes business since 2002, Panametrics first entered the ultrasonic flow meter and flow measurement instrument market more than 50 years ago by introducing its state-of-the-art gas flow meter.

The accuracy of these meters enables velocity, temperature and pressure to be measured at the same location.

TransPort Family of Clamp-On Liquid Flow Meters - The portables line from Panametrics, a Baker Hughes business, offers both ultrasonic liquid and gas clamp-on flow meters: The TransPort PT878GC for gas; and the TransPort PT900for liquid. These meters attach to pipe fixtures to measure the flow within the pipe. Quick installation and meter readings enable our users to continue their process without having to shut down. It combines flow measurement capability with a cost-effective transmitter package that can be installed right at the process measurement point. The XMT868i is a clamp-on flow meter certified for installation in hazardous environments such as petrochemical and chemical processing. The Panametrics DigitalFlow DF868 is a fixed-installed liquid flow meter designed to measure energy and flow for all industries. Using its own patented digital signal processing, Transit-Time, the DF868 provides drift-free measurements in ultrapure and most dirty liquids, such as fluids with gas bubbles and entrained solids.

DigitalFlow Family of Inline Gas Flow Meters - The DigitalFlow GF868 from Panametrics is a highly versatile, high-performance flowmeter capable of many configurations with a large display and ample space for complicated wiring. Several options exist for I/O, including the ability to handle two flare lines with one box. The DigitalFlow GF868 is ideally suited in Zone 2 applications but can be fitted with a Zone 1 enclosure when required. Setup is simple through its large display and intuitive interface. The DigitalFlow GF868 works with all Panametrics gas transducers and is backward compatible with all older model Panametrics meters, including the original 7100 and its digital replacement, the 7168.

The DigitalFlow XGF868i from Panametrics is a compact and explosion-proof/flame-proof transmitter version of the Panametrics DigitalFlow GF868 flare gas mass flow meter.

The DigitalFlow XGF868 is ideally suited for offshore installations with harsh environments and limited space but can be applied downstream in refineries and petrochemical plants where Zone 1 is required.

The correlation tag ultrasonic flow measurement technique allows this gas flow meter to read through any pipe, including those with lower pressures and higher velocities.
